About Your eyecare team

Bruce W. Anderson

O.D., F.A.A.O., DIPL.
Received his Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Houston in 1980. He completed his disease residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1981. Dr. Anderson is a fellow and diplomate of the American Academy of Optometry. He is also the director of Contact Lens and Low vision Clinics at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. He specializes in keratoconus and other difficult contact lens fitting, family eye care and low vision. 

Neeta Chhabra

O.D., M.S., F.A.A.O., F.S.L.S

Received her Doctorate in Optometry, along with a masters in Vision Science from the Ohio State University in 2006. She finished her ocular disease residency from The Omni Eye Services in New Jersey in 2007 and her contact lens residency from Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 2008. Dr. Chhabra is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and the Scleral Lens Society. She specializes in ocular diseases, specialty contact lens fittings, low vision, and family eye  pediatrics (5 years old and above), specialty contact lens fittings and family eye care. 

William O. Malone, Jr.

O.D.

Received his Doctorate in Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 1988, and has been at the practice since 2001. He specializes in pediatrics (5 years old and above), specialty contact lens fittings and family eye care. 

Richard Weisenberger

O.D.

 Received his Doctorate in Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. He completed his residency in Primary Care and Brain Injury at the James A. Haley VA in 2017. Dr. Weisenberger specializes in low vision, specialty contact lens fitting and primary eyecare.
